Job Overview

This senior advisory role is part of our expanding infrastructure and real estate services team, dedicated to providing specialist advice on a wide range of projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on local and national engagements across a broad range of projects and service offerings, as well as being a valued member of our professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as commerce, finance, economics, business, engineering, law, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • A good understanding of commercial and/or economic principles with the ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.
  • Developed research and writing skills to support development of key deliverables, including advisory reports and commercial documents.
  • Excel modelling competency to support the development of project feasibilities and financial analysis.

Requirements
  • Mid-senior level experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent Excel modelling competency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Practising Valuer accreditation.
  • Real Estate Licence.
  • Experience in real estate advisory and/or development management.
