Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI) are specialists in delivering end to end innovative solutions in multiple sectors across Australia. Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).

**The Role**
GNI have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their career to join one of our many projects across Australia (e.g. Mildura, Newcastle, Pilbara) with some projects offering a 3:1 roster.

**Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for**:

- Conducting audits & inspections
- Assisting in the development of risk assessments
- Assisting in the delivery of SHEQ improvement programs & communications
- Leading incident investigations
- Collecting, analysing, managing and reporting on SHEQ data (MYOSH database)

**Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- Cert IV WHS/OHS or higher
- First Aid and CPR Training
- Construction Safety Induction ('White Card')
- Current Drivers License - "C" Class
- National Police Clearance
- Knowledge of NSW WHS Legislation, Codes and Standards
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to travel

**Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- 3+ years WHS/OHS experience
- Mining experience essential
- ICAM investigation training
- Drug & Alcohol testing qualifications
- Training & Assessor qualifications
