Are you an experienced commercial lawyer seeking a new challenge? Our client is a premier law firm based in Townsville that provides services across various practice areas, including family, disputes, criminal, injury, wills and estates, commercial, and DVO. We are looking for a skilled lawyer to join our successful team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of commercial law and litigation matters successfully;
  • The role encompasses commercial law, business, estates, litigation, etc., depending on experience;
  • Engage in dispute resolution and litigation;
  • Draft correspondence, contracts, applications, affidavits, etc., with excellence;
  • Negotiate outcomes effectively for clients;
  • Brief Counsel for advice, mediations, and trials;
  • Opportunity to work in other practice areas if interested.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Commercial Law or Litigation role;
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365;
  • Warm, friendly, and professional with a customer service focus;
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Flexible, proactive approach to team and business goals;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build robust relationships within a dynamic team.
