This role is ideal for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel looking to work on high-profile cases in Brisbane's CBD. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property and/or commercial law, contracts and strata titling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling files such as business transactions, leases, strata titling, and corporate restructuring. They will also need to manage clients confidently and autonomously, using their strong drafting and negotiation skills to resolve complex issues.
Key Requirements:- 7+ years PAE in commercial property and/or commercial law/contracts/Strata
- Prior experience handling files such as business transactions, leases, strata titling, and corporate restructuring
- Ability to manage clients confidently and autonomously
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A commercially astute and culturally aware approach to legal practice
