About the Position

Are you ready to take your family law career to the next level? This is your opportunity to join our client's Brisbane team as a Senior Family Lawyer and establish yourself as a respected leader in the field.

Working alongside some of the country's most accomplished Family Lawyers, including multiple Accredited Specialists, you'll handle a broad range of complex family law matters—parenting, property, divorce, and domestic violence—while taking on a key leadership role within the team.

You will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to strategic firm growth, and receive genuine support towards achieving your own Accreditation in Family Law. Whether you're currently a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or an experienced practitioner aspiring to reach that level, this role will give you the platform, guidance, and exposure needed to become a recognised expert in the field.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice only)

- Ambition to pursue (or already hold) Specialist Accreditation

- Strong experience across property, parenting, divorce & DV matters

- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capabilities

- Desire to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment

- A commercial mindset and passion for client care
