This role involves working across a broad range of areas, including:Commercial land and building sales and purchasesAgribusinessBusiness structuringDeceased estates and succession planningTrusts, leasing, and partnershipsAdditionally, experience in commercial litigation will be highly advantageous, as the role will involve some litigious work.
