Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Host

Job Summary: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Host to join our team at Accor. As a Food and Beverage Service Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in our restaurant spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle guest reservations and coordinate the seating plan to optimize table occupancy.
  • Coordinate with Service Staff: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accommodate special requests.
  • Customer Service: Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, services, or special offers.
  • Maintain Front-of-House Cleanliness: Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with Guest Payments: Help process payments when necessary or ensure that guest checks are handled promptly by the service team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
