Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at PULLMAN. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage department, creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervise and train a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and customer base.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card and full working rights in Australia.
