Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at PULLMAN. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, and ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items, and hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure all team members are confident and competent in their roles.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor costs.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
