We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our team in Clayton, Victoria.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where they will be responsible for operating machines, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines to meet daily production requirements and achieve Process Reliability (PR)
  • Maintain flow of product through to packing
  • Ensure quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
  • Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge operating dry product fill lines is advantageous
  • Familiarity with HACCP
  • Computer literate
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
  • Continuous improvement mindset
Benefits:

  • 4-day roster, Monday to Thursday, 9.5hrs per day (8:30pm to 06:00am)
