Home Care Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team in delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services in Home Care. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients in their own homes.
About the Role- You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes and educate clients and families to enable community-based healthy living.
- Your key responsibilities will include providing physiotherapy services in Home Care, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Deliver physiotherapy services to patients with various conditions, including Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardio-respiratory patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the relevant health professional body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
