We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in South/Western Sydney. As a Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various settings, including home care and residential aged care.

About the Role

This is a temporary position within our community-based model, focusing on delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in need. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Work closely with allied health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Educate clients and their families on how to manage their conditions and maintain optimal health within the community.
  • Liaise with service providers to facilitate effective communication and coordinate care.
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body.
  • A police clearance certificate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
