Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of chefs to consistently exceed guest expectations through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and memorable events from concept to plate.
- Monitor and manage kitchen efficiencies, food costs, and supplier relationships while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or higher in a luxury hotel or high-end catering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a caring and coaching approach to motivate your team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a commitment to creative excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards and certification in Commercial Cookery.
