We're looking for a Strategy Manager who can think outside the box, keeping a finger on the pulse of the ever-changing media environment. This role will be responsible for strategic platform development, analysing and sharing insights and creating meaningful results for a portfolio of our market leading clients.

Details regarding the role
- Reporting directly into the Head of Strategy, you will work closely with planning teams as well as partnering with our clients in order to proactively develop ideas and strategies
- Independently generate insights from a variety of different sources and create tangible media strategies and solutions
- Champion and inspire creative thinking across your team and the wider agency
- Support brainstorming sessions surrounding research and strategy development

About your skills and experience
- You're able to think critically and fully evaluate solutions to problems
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for our client
- You have prior experience in media planning and strategy development
- You possess exceptional presentation skills and storytelling ability, ideally having experience using tools such as Roy Morgan and PowerPoint
- You possess a genuine passion for media innovation and technology, and people and their behaviours
- You have the ability to meld irrefutable logic with creativity
