As a senior estimator, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine overall project requirements. This includes establishing a critical path schedule, completing full quantity take-off, and leading pricing for general expense and project-specific requirements.

Additionally, you will be required to assist in presenting estimate/proposal, prepare and deliver client presentations, perform quantity, material, and labor take-off from drawings and specifications, and document all information relating to the estimate. You will also conduct a risk and opportunity analysis and liaise with external consultants and project management organizations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or trade experience, gold seal certification in estimating, and 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating. You should also have successfully led pursuits valued up to $250 million and have extensive knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation.
