Lead a purpose-built child care centre with a team of dedicated professionals and support local families. The ideal candidate has experience as a Centre Director, holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and possesses a deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators and trainees
- Develop and implement strategies to promote quality outcomes for children and their families
- Utilize the Story Park platform to enhance communication with parents about their child's development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate
