About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to ensure seamless office operations.
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing various tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, event coordination, mail distribution, and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with maintenance personnel on facility needs
- Manage office and kitchen supplies inventory
- Coordinate events and activities
- Monitor merchandise stock levels
- Answer calls and manage mail correspondence
- Update internal communication platforms
- Provide support to HR and Recruitment teams
- Enhance office efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in office administration or facilities management
- Prior experience using Canva design software (desirable)
