Job Summary
- We are seeking a Service Capability and Solutions Manager to oversee the integrity of systems used to support clinical service delivery across the State and lead the implementation of quality assurance mechanisms.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading improvements to system design and use, monitoring performance measurement standards for clinical service delivery, and driving high-level authoritative advice to senior executives in relation to system integrity and performance.
- They will also manage and mentor a team of staff, contribute to broader initiatives to support the ongoing reform of service delivery across the State, and demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing service and quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the integrity of systems used to support clinical service delivery across the State and lead the implementation of quality assurance mechanisms to support system and data integrity.
- Lead improvements to system design and use, collaborating with key internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor performance measurement standards for clinical service delivery and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Drive high-level authoritative advice to senior executives in relation to system integrity and performance across the State.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Contribute to broader initiatives to support the ongoing reform of service delivery across the State, working closely with other teams and departments as needed.
- Extensive experience in managing, developing, and monitoring complex service delivery environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing service and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of the key issues impacting service operations in IT applications on service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in using Commissioner's Information Systems, including CVIMS, EJustice, and PIMS, is desirable.
A relevant tertiary qualification or proven extensive experience in service and quality improvement programs within complex service environments is desirable.
