Job Overview:

The role of a Service Delivery Specialist is to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of services to meet established requirements. This includes undertaking service design and transition activities, defining project milestones, phases, and elements, and providing advice to teams regarding operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
