**Job Summary**

We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead the operations of our luxury day spa at Crystalbrook Collection Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Day-to-Day Operations**: Oversee the efficient and profitable management of the day spa, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high service standards.
  • **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall spa experience.
  • **Guest Experience**: Ensure that every guest receives an exceptional experience, with personalized attention and tailored treatments.
  • **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and available to meet guest demands.
  • **Staff Rostering**: Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • **Wellness Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with global health and beauty trends, providing expert advice and guidance to guests and team members.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Proven experience in spa management, with a strong background in luxury hospitality.
  • **Qualifications**: Diploma-level qualification in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy.
  • **Leadership**: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
  • **Service Focus**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
