Overview
HR Partners is partnering with an entrepreneurial and forward thinking Environmental Consultancy dedicated to developing solutions that drive environmental improvements across Australia and internationally.
They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sydney CBD for a full-time 12 month fixed term contract or permanent position.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of recruitment across all open roles within the environmental and technical sciences space.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide proactive talent solutions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes of technically specialised environmental positions as well as head office / support roles.
Assist the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
Support new initiatives and strategies around graduates, new hires, retention and Workday integration.
Collaborate with the wider team on the Workday integration programme.
Qualifications
Self-starter with a strong results-driven approach and a technical aptitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to assess recruitment needs accurately and drive the recruitment process.
Ideally come from an environmental / engineering / construction, mining / infrastructure space.
