The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity for a Culture and Capability Partner based in our Macquarie University, Sydney office. In this role, the successful Culture and Capability Partner will lead the delivery and localisation of global talent development programs across the Asia Pacific region, supporting leadership, culture, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities include

  • Deliver global learning and leadership programs tailored to regional and cultural needs
  • Design and facilitate team development workshops and onboarding experiences
  • Support culture, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement talent development strategies
  • Manage learning content and sessions through the LMS, ensuring accessibility and impact
  • Coach and empower leaders and employees to take ownership of their development
