As a utilities leader, you will oversee the management and coordination of utility-related tasks. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate utility strategies across packages and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, surveyors and engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of utility works. Provide general support for utility-related issues and conduct SME reviews on utility design submissions.
  • Manage risk by identifying significant risks and developing mitigation measures with senior management. Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on utilities risks.
  • Provide tender support and coordination for tender packages. Maintain strong relationships with clients, utility owners, authorities and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities for new work and support bids.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utility management, construction processes and risk mitigation. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is required. The candidate should also possess strong communication, problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
