Infrastructure Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee the utilities for a major rail project in Auckland. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a key piece of infrastructure that will serve the community for generations to come.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all utility aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standards, meeting both the needs of the project and compliance with local regulations.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong track record in utilities management within large-scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery and integration of all utilities, coordinating the activities of contractors and subcontractors, and liaising with utility providers and regulatory bodies.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a relevant tertiary qualification, extensive experience supervising utilities, and familiarity with New Zealand building codes and standards.
