As a Senior Solicitor, you will represent clients with professionalism and integrity, providing accurate legal advice while supporting the bigger picture.

You will be responsible for everything from drafting and negotiations to court representation, collaborating with colleagues and external providers to ensure clients receive the most holistic support available.

This includes developing detailed matter plans, maintaining file compliance, keeping clients informed and supported at every step, and ensuring all advice is socially responsible, practical, and tailored to their real needs.

Additionally, you will play a proactive role in shaping your own profile, contributing to business development, networking initiatives, and the growth of your personal and professional brand.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and settling court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice
  • Representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings
  • Collaborating with our legal, admin, and client services teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes
  • Using LEAP to manage matter files, trust accounting, court deadlines, review dates, and document execution
