Senior Solicitor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client matters across all areas of family law, providing accurate legal advice, and supporting clients through the divorce process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family law legislation and procedures, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Senior Solicitor will also be responsible for contributing to business development, networking initiatives, and the growth of their personal and professional brand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client matters across all areas of family law
  • Providing accurate legal advice and support to clients
  • Representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external providers to ensure seamless outcomes
  • Developing detailed matter plans, maintaining file compliance, and keeping clients informed and supported
  • Practising in line with the high standards of the industry, supporting clients with clarity, empathy, and understanding
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in law
  • Current practising certificate and knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with LEAP or similar legal practice management systems
  • Comfortable using digital tools to manage client files and time recording
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
