Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and settling court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice to ensure accurate representation for our clients.
  • Representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborating with our teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes that meet client needs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal changes and compliance requirements to stay ahead in the field.
  • Focusing on holistic care by referring clients to our trusted network of support services.
  • Contributing to firm-wide initiatives, from precedent development to thought leadership, to drive growth and innovation.
  • Engaging with the broader legal community through board participation, awards submissions, and community representation.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as a Senior Solicitor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of family law and relevant legislation.
