Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Operations Leader to oversee daily landfill activities, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects and supervising teams.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily landfill operations, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of landfill equipment and staff to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee waste disposal and recycling processes, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and success.
  • Provide guidance and support to the landfill operations team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the Construction or Waste industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, site management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
