Acute Medical Nursing Opportunity

About the Position: We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) team.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of the ward.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an Acute hospital setting
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
