Registered Nurse - Acute Medical and Coronary Care Unit.
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Medical and Coronary Care Unit at Northern Beaches Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work within a supportive team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary staff, providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with acute medical and coronary conditions. The unit operates 24/7 and offers a range of clinical opportunities for learning and professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably in a cardiac or intensive care environment
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and patient-focused
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centered care
