Senior Transactional Tax Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned Transactional Tax Attorney to lead our national tax practice.
- The ideal candidate will have practiced for at least 8 years with experience in structuring mergers, acquisitions and minority investment transactions, forming private equity, venture capital and real estate funds, SPVs and other investment vehicles, including REITs.
- They will have demonstrated proficiency in partnership and corporate tax, drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the national tax practice and provide expertise on transactional tax matters.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' tax law experience (private practice preferred).
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active bar license in any state.
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
