At our pharmacy, we seek a skilled and enthusiastic assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and support to patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers, processing sales, and greeting clients
  • Managing inventory, including ordering and invoicing
  • Assisting in the dispensary, taking in scripts, and helping customers
  • Providing a professional and compassionate service at all times

We are looking for someone who is available four to five days a week, willing to work a shift between 5-8 hours, and possesses excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy or customer service experience: 1 year (required)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a member of a healthcare team
