Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the food crew to maintain high-quality displays, ensuring that products are appealing and well-presented
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing, ensuring that customers have all the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain back stock in good order, ensuring that products are readily available for customers when needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety procedures
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have previous experience working in retail, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Be customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, with a flexible approach to availability
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
