Job Description
We are seeking experienced cooks to join our wonderful kitchen team as high-volume culinary experts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in recipe and menu item execution, maintaining professional restaurant and team member image, and promoting a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments;
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;
- The ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
