Talent Butler is proud to partner with a reputable property developer in sourcing a skilled Senior Development Manager to drive the delivery of diverse master planned communities across Australia.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional with land subdivision, medium density, and apartment experience or an experienced development manager looking for career progression. In this role, you will lead the development process, including financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
You will manage key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals at local and state levels, and ensure project delivery meets performance objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with 8-10 years' experience in residential project delivery. Strong people management, stakeholder, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build networks with local governments, councils, and industry professionals.
