At Lead Group, we are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter and Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in our cabinet making operations.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cabinet maker who is proficient in operating various machines in our factory. Your primary responsibility will be to follow design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate production of high-quality cabinets. You will also be responsible for sanding, finishing, and polishing completed pieces to a high standard, as well as installing hardware and other functional components as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Cabinet Making or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in cabinet making
  • Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate production
  • Sand, finish, and polish completed pieces to a high standard
  • Install hardware and other functional components as required
  • Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment
