Master Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a full-time Urban Infrastructure Planner with experience in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW for our client. The ideal candidate should be ready for a senior position or have experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of professionals by mentoring, coaching, and providing technical guidance
- Deliver private sector approvals for diverse projects across various markets
- Collaborate with clients to achieve master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes
- Utilize expertise in infrastructure's role in land use planning
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams
- Prepare reports to high technical and editorial standards
- Manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Foster key client relationships
About You:
- Experience in NSW with statutory and strategic planning
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Able to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong communicator and collaborative mindset
- Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Current driver's license
- Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded
With an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive compensation package.
