After Sales Account Manager

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced After Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a large and stable client base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts, including servicing, parts, and aftermarket requirements across all of Komatsu's product line.
- Provide out-of-the-box solutions to customers to better embed Komatsu into key accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell parts and products into existing customers.
- Conduct professional and effective meetings with customers to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Compile quotations, weekly reports, and ensure all opportunities and information are accurately documented.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while delivering a customer-centric approach with high morals and ethics.
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Sales Representative position or similar within Heavy Machinery, Plant Equipment, or Manufacturing-based industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency within MS Office suite.
