About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and community-focused individual to join our team as a Community Sports Coordinator in Victoria.

This role reports to the State Manager – Victoria and involves driving grassroots engagement across schools, affiliates, and events in Victoria.

You will be based at our office and play a key role in coordinating and delivering school clinics, organizing events, and managing digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver school clinics (primary and secondary) to foster a love of sport among young people.
  • Organise Gala Days, Come & Try Days and Development Days to promote community sport and engage with local communities.
  • Manage Sporting Schools bookings and coach assignments to ensure effective delivery of sports programs.
  • Organise referee and coaching education courses via The Nest to develop the skills of coaches and referees.
  • Service and support Touch Football affiliates across Victoria to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow TFV's digital presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Website) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support delivery of TFV events throughout the year to promote community sport and engage with local communities.
What We're Looking For

A team player with the ability to self-manage and work independently, with a passion for community sport and engaging with young people.

Experience using social media platforms for business or sport promotion, with great communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
