Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning electrical equipment in-house and on-site, as well as providing technical support and training to customers.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and test electrical equipment in accordance with company procedures and customer specifications.
  • Commission electrical systems and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain, service, and repair equipment per quality control standards.
  • Perform tests on units using required tools and meters and prepare detailed reports on tests carried out.
Requirements:
  • Grade Electrician qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a technical role servicing electrical or power electronics equipment.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, plan, follow up, and work autonomously.
