This role is pivotal in ensuring our ICT services deliver optimal commercial outcomes and supports our commitment to connecting communities and delivering exceptional service across the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and commercial governance of ICT contracts, ensuring tailored solutions for a range of services providers.
  • Develop and refine performance management models to track obligations and deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Provide expert consultation on contractual matters, assessing risks and making informed recommendations.
  • Navigate procurement and QITC framework limitations with a creative approach.

Requirements:

  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and build relationships for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive experience in contract management, vendor oversight, and performance improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and experience with QITC contract governance.
  • Experience managing complex managed service provider (MSP) contracts with a focus on performance, commercial governance, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement performance management frameworks and track contractual obligations effectively.
  • Ability to build productive relationships, negotiate contract terms, and resolve complex issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
