As an Aged Care Professional, you will directly contribute to enhancing our residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will have a profound impact on their lives. This role is truly rewarding.
We are looking for people who are genuinely passionate about supporting older Australians to live their best possible life. You will need to possess a Certificate IV in Individual Support, medication competency, a big heart, and experience in aged or community care.
The role involves assisting our residents with daily living and personal needs, supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities, and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.
