Job Overview

The role of the Business Analyst involves working with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities, proposing changes to work practices to achieve results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. They will also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to front-line staff.

This is an autonomous role that requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, and high level of independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Business Change team on the Success Factors implementation project, capturing existing business processes, identifying inconsistencies, and achieving regional alignment.
  • Bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and the outcomes of the project, working closely with the Loddon Mallee Workforce Systems teams and the Technical Implementation project team.
