About this Opportunity

This permanent, full-time role will be based at our head office and form part of a unit that reports to the Senior Manager Process Improvement.

The Operational Enablement Function focuses on supporting process efficiency and compliance, customer experience enhancements, financial returns for the enterprise, and improving the employee experience.

The team provides insights to enable leaders to manage their capacity in line with workload requirements, review standard work-practices, and take a future view on the management of the workforce.

In this role, you will identify ways to improve the customer journey across the bank. This includes completing customer journey maps, analyzing data and SLAs in terms of customer experience, reviewing process maps and customer feedback to identify improvements.

You will work closely with other members of the Operational Enablement Department to support the Bank in becoming more customer-focused. The role will also work across all business units to understand the customer experience.
