We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development of a proactive risk culture within our organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, education, or organisational development, and will be able to design and deliver tailored risk education programs across all departments and levels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels and promote risk awareness through various channels. They will also be able to collaborate with leaders to embed risk principles into everyday decision-making and operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering risk education programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
  • Promoting risk awareness through engaging communication strategies and learning tools
  • Collaborating with leaders to embed risk behaviours into planning and operations
  • Measuring and monitoring risk culture maturity and driving continuous improvement

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and have significant experience focused on risk in a learning or organisational development context. Proven experience in developing and delivering education programs in risk, compliance, or governance is highly desirable.
