The Project Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects across an organisation-wide portfolio. This involves providing administrative project support, maintaining comprehensive documentation, schedules, resource tracking, and risk registers.

This specialist is also responsible for facilitating stakeholder communication and engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, schedules, and resource tracking
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Organise travel, logistics, and engagement activities to support project delivery and implementation

To excel in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or Public Administration, as well as formal training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 Foundation, or PMBOK-aligned certification.

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in reporting and project tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
