About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Inspector Team Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Asset Inspectors in the condition assessment of bridges, culverts, and other transport infrastructure assets for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of Asset Inspectors in the condition assessment of bridges, culverts, and other transport infrastructure assets.
  • Provide comprehensive asset condition inspections across multiple sites.
  • Project management of typically small to medium-sized projects, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors and the on-time, on-budget delivery of results.
  • Engage in hands-on site work, project management, and reporting as required, providing end-to-end oversight.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in working on bridge sites, undertaking site inspections or managing inspection works, preferably in bridges or transport infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership of a small team desirable.
  • Strong project management skills desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and contractors.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
