Leadership Role:

As a leader in the retail team, you will drive professional customer service and inspire your colleagues to achieve excellence. You will assist with pre-testing and dispensing, maintain store presentation and inventory control, implement roster changes, and enhance sales through KPIs.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior staff, coaching the retail team, and developing optical knowledge as an essential part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership or training experience in a retail/customer service setting, along with experience within the optical industry. A Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly desired but not essential.

You will be responsible for contributing to a thriving store culture by inspiring and motivating your team, responding efficiently to changing circumstances, and delegating tasks effectively.
