Waste Facility Operations Specialist

Overview:
This role involves greeting customers, inspecting waste and determining fees, collecting payments and issuing receipts, and directing customers to appropriate areas for disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform landfill operations, maintain waste facility infrastructure, and associated offices and amenities.
- Manage waste facility records, assist with transfer and management of waste within the facility.
About You / Qualifications:
- A valid NSW Class C Drivers Licence is required.
- Two years experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience operating landfill plant or similar earthmoving equipment is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in a customer-oriented work environment are essential.
- Experience handling cash transactions is required.
