Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Solution Developer to design and implement innovative solutions for our clients using the Atlassian suite.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic solution roadmaps, mapping customer initiatives to measurable KPIs, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. They will set and communicate a compelling vision for each client, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and architectural improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic solution roadmaps to align business objectives with Atlassian capabilities.
  • Map customer initiatives to measurable KPIs, demonstrating the value of the Atlassian platform.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, enhancing their strategic capabilities through sustained mentorship.
  • Set and communicate a compelling vision for each client, driving growth and architectural improvements.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate additional product and service opportunities within client organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical consulting or solutions architecture role.
  • Proven experience in guiding customers through significant technology and process changes, including developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in one of the following domains: Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Service Management, World-Class Software Development, or Cloud Migration.
  • Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
